We build transcription infrastructure for financial workflows — earnings calls, investor meetings, compliance review. The surfaces our users touch (dashboards, review tools, mobile capture) need to be fast, legible, and trustworthy under real working conditions.
This role owns the end-to-end design of web and mobile product surfaces from flows through developer handoff, in close partnership with PMs and engineers in our Singapore office.
What you'll do
- Turn product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens for web and mobile.
- Build and maintain the design system, reusable components, and UI guidelines across products.
- Prepare developer handoff in Figma with specs, states, spacing, and interaction notes, then review implementation.
- Run lightweight user research, competitor teardowns, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Partner with PMs and engineers daily to scope, trade off, and ship features without losing design quality.
- Use product analytics and user feedback to identify UX issues and prioritise improvements.
Must have
- 3+ years designing UI/UX for web apps, mobile apps, dashboards, or SaaS products with a portfolio to show it.
- Fluent in Figma including components, variants, auto-layout, and structured handoff files.
- Strong command of layout, typography, hierarchy, spacing, and responsive design across breakpoints.
- Has shipped and maintained a design system or shared component library in a production product.
- Can present and defend design decisions to PMs, engineers, and non-design stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience designing B2B SaaS, admin dashboards, or data-dense workflow tools.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and component-based frontend constraints (React, Vue, or similar).
- Hands-on usability testing and design validation experience using analytics tools.
