We build financial-transcription infrastructure used by courts, regulators, and enterprise legal teams. Public-sector procurement is becoming a major channel for us across the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
This is a contractor role, part-time around live opportunities, with a clear path to a larger or full-time engagement as the pipeline grows. You'll work directly with leadership and own the full bid lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Monitor SAM.gov, CanadaBuys, AusTender, NZ GETS, UK Find a Tender and Contracts Finder for relevant live opportunities
- Run bid/no-bid qualification against ICP criteria and shortlist high-probability, high-value tenders
- Write fully compliant responses that address every evaluation criterion, build win themes, and stay inside word and format limits
- Manage submission timelines, attachments, and logistics so nothing slips
- Use AI tools to accelerate research and drafting, then personally review, fact-check, and edit every output before submission
- Coordinate with technical, legal, and pricing stakeholders to assemble supporting evidence
Must have
- Demonstrable track record writing winning government/public-sector tenders, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs or ITTs
- Direct experience in at least one of US, Canadian, Australian, NZ, or UK public procurement
- Excellent written English with the judgement to make dense technical content clear and compelling
- Proven ability to make sound bid/no-bid calls and manage submissions independently to deadline
- Fluent with AI writing/research tools and disciplined about editing rather than shipping raw output
Nice to have
- Experience bidding for SaaS, AI, data, court reporting, or legal-tech offerings
- Familiarity with procurement frameworks or panels in our target markets
- Experience with compliance-sensitive or financial-services-adjacent buyers
