Recruitment data

Remoat Teams uses the information you provide to assess and follow up about recruitment opportunities. This can include your contact details, location, LinkedIn profile, CV, screening answers, recorded video and audio responses, automatically generated transcripts, and application activity.

For video assessments, your browser may use a speech-recognition service to generate a transcript. A third-party AI service may process and score that transcript to support review by our recruiting team and authorized assessors. An automated score does not make a recruitment decision by itself.

When an application form uses field-by-field saving, we save responses after you accept the consent notice. This includes partial answers and uploaded CV files so the recruiting team can follow up if you do not finish submitting.

Incomplete records are kept until the role closes unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Submitted applications are retained as part of the recruitment pipeline and candidate history.

Our current production stack may process recruitment data in Vercel, MongoDB Atlas, and private S3 storage. The exact deployment regions must be confirmed in production settings before a new autosave form is launched.

To withdraw consent for an incomplete application or request deletion, contact the recruiting team at the email address used in your application follow-up.
