Recruitment OS Engineer

Own the architecture and build of our AI-first recruitment operating system end to end.

You will be the engineer behind the recruitment OS: the wizard, the stage-based screening pipeline, the applicant portal, and the integrations layer.

This is a build-and-operate role reporting into the Founders Office. You ship the system and you run it.

What you'll do

  • Architect and build the screening pipeline (new, initial, practical, final, offer, hired).
  • Stand up the applicant portal and AI-led candidate correspondence with human escalation.
  • Integrate transcription, scoring, contracts (PandaDoc), and entity-aware routing.

Must have

  • Shipped production full-stack systems (React + a typed backend) solo or near-solo.
  • Comfort wiring LLMs into real workflows (scoring, generation, structured extraction).
  • Strong product judgement; you reduce scope rather than gold-plate.

Nice to have

  • Worked with MongoDB at scale.
  • Experience with PandaDoc, Gmeet/transcription pipelines, or ATS internals.
