We build transcription infrastructure for banks, brokerages, and asset managers — earnings calls, trader voice, compliance review. Latency, accuracy, and auditability are non-negotiable.
The Singapore office runs product engineering across our customer-facing apps and the APIs that sit on top of the transcription core. Small team, direct ownership, short path from commit to production.
What you'll do
- Ship features end-to-end across React/Next.js front-ends and Node.js/TypeScript services.
- Design and maintain REST APIs that expose transcription, search, and export to client apps and integrations.
- Model and query relational and document data; tune slow paths and own schema migrations.
- Deploy and operate services on our cloud platform, including CI/CD, observability, and on-call rotations.
- Review code, enforce test coverage on critical paths, and mentor mid-level engineers.
- Work directly with product and client engineering to scope, estimate, and unblock delivery.
Must have
- 5+ years building production full-stack web applications.
- Strong React (Next.js) on the front-end and Node.js/TypeScript on the back-end.
- Hands-on experience designing REST APIs and working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Comfortable deploying to a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with Git-based CI/CD.
- Track record of debugging production issues across the stack and writing maintainable, tested code.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, regtech, or other regulated/data-sensitive domains.
- Exposure to audio, streaming, or ML-adjacent systems.
- Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi) or container orchestration experience.
